Sept 2011 - Business Opportunities at Taf Ely Learning Campus (TELC)

Impact was recently approved as a centre to deliver Business Improvement Technique qualifications. These are currently being delivered to an engineering company in Cardiff and are already providing quantifiable improvements.

Impact completes its first Knowledge Transfer Project (KTP) with a Cardiff Engineering company. KTPs are an innovative way to access the experience and knowledge in colleges and universities to benefit your business and improve operations and productivity.

Impact has access to funding to support the leadership and management needs of your employees. Funding up to 70% is available against the cost of a range of courses (subject to eligability)

November 2010 - Basic Skills in the Workplace Funding
Employers can access 100% funding to develop the Basic Skills (Numeracy and Literacy) of their workforce. The courses delivered by highly skilled staff are structured to be flexible to the needs of the employer whilst also supporting the needs of individual learners sensitively.
Developing these essential skills is of huge benefit to both the employer in terms of their business and also for the employee.
